alessandro's photoI'm a Classics teacher from "Liceo ginnasio statale Giovanni Meli" in Palermo, Italy. I teach Latin and Greek language and culture to students from 14 to 15 years old (Gymnasium) and Latin and Greek literature and texts to students from 16 to 18 years old (Lyceum). Some colleagues of my school and I have created with our students a little magazine written in Latin language and called "Ludus", which, as all you know, means at the same time "school" and "playing". In fact, it has been very amazing but also instructive to use the Latin language to write about different subjects, ancient and modern. If you want to have look on this magazine, you can go to this website of Liceo "G. Meli". In the photo you can see me at St. Stanislav's gymnasium in Ljubljana during the coffee break after a session work of the 2009 transnational CIRCE course, in which I've been taking part.
