Gerardine Skelly

	I taught classical subjects in Ireland for a number of years and I now work for the Department of Education and Science. My role is to evaluate the teaching and learning of classical subjects (Latin, Ancient Greek and Classical Studies), to support teachers, to advise the minister on policy issues in relation to classics and to sit on committees that review classical syllabi.
