The fifth CIRCE in-service training course for European Classics teachers is being organised in Aquileia, Italy, July 4th - July 11th 2010. More information and a detailled programme is available in the EU Comenius Grundtvig Database. The reference number of the course is BE-2010-125-001. The deadline for a grant application was 15 January 2010, contact your national LLP Agency for application forms. A flyer with detailed information can be uploaded here (you need to login). the course is now fully booked.
Our CIRCE in-service training courses received  a silver star European Lifelong Learning Award for quality in mobility in 2008. The 2010 course will feature several new sessions (eXe, Sumo Paint), with a consideration of emerging internet technologies and so-called blended learning techniques, as we continue to assess developing media.

We are now planning the 6th CIRCE course which will probably be organised in Barcelona in the summer of 2011. More information will be available soon. For the 7th course in 2012 we are looking at options in Trier (Germany).

If you want to apply for a grant to attend this course, it is essential to follow the following procedures:

1. Complete the form below (or use this link: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dE9pMDNfaEpFdEVQcGpZTllwNENYSFE6MA) 

2. You will receive a pre-inscription statement from Mrs Lehouck ( Dit e-mail adres is beschermd door spambots, u heeft Javascript nodig om dit onderdeel te kunnen bekijken  by e-mail or fax and by post) if you have been accepted on the course.

3. Request a grant application form from your national agency. You can find the address of your national agency on http://www.ec.europa.eu/education/programmes/llp/national_en.html

4. Send the grant application form (3), together with the pre-inscription statement (2), to your national agency.

5. The deadline for submitting the grant application is January 15th 2010. Grant application forms are available at your LLP - Comenius national agency!

6. If you receive a grant from your National Agency, please notify the course organisers immediately: Dit e-mail adres is beschermd door spambots, u heeft Javascript nodig om dit onderdeel te kunnen bekijken . It is important to do this as soon as possible. You will then receive the final letter of acceptance.

Si vous souhaitez postuler pour une bourse de financement du stage, il est essentiel de procéder de la manière suivante : 

1. Envoyez un courriel à Dit e-mail adres is beschermd door spambots, u heeft Javascript nodig om dit onderdeel te kunnen bekijken avec votre nom, les références du stage (BE-2010-125-001), votre situation professionnelle au sein de votre établissement/institution, votre numéro de fax (ou celui de l'établissement). Précisez brièvement aussi quelles disciplines vous enseignez, votre niveau de compétence en anglais et en TIC.

2. Vous recevrez un avis de préinscription de Mme Lehouck (par fax ou par courrier postal) si votre candidature a été retenue. 

3. Postulez pour une bourse de financement du stage auprès de votre agence nationale. Vous en trouverez l'adresse à la page suivante http://www.ec.europa.eu/education/programmes/llp/national_en.html

4. Renvoyez le dossier de demande de bourse accompagné de l'avis de préinscription à votre agence nationale.

5. La date de clôture pour le renvoi des dossiers est fixé à l'échelle européenne : il s'agit du 15 janvier 2010. Les dossiers de bourse sont disponibles sur le site de votre agence nationale. Pour la France http://www.europe-education-formation.fr/comenius-bourses.php

6. Dès que vous avez l'assurance que votre demande de bourse a été acceptée, veuillez prévenir les organisateurs du stage : jens.vermeersch@g-o.be.
Il est important de faire cette dernière étape le plus tôt possible. Dès lors, vous recevrez la lettre vous spécifiant votre inscription définitive au stage.
